The business delivers high-quality joinery, cabinetry and interior packages for high-end residential and commercial projects.The RoleManage the daily running of the joinery workshop, ensuring production targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.Lead, mentor and organise a team of bench joiners, machinists and workshop operatives.Plan production schedules and allocate labour effectively across multiple live projects.Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.Liaise with the design, contracts and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Coordinate material requirements with purchasing to minimise production delays.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and manufacturing processes.Promote and enforce Health & Safety procedures across the workshop.About YouPrevious experience managing a joinery or woodworking manufacturing workshop.Strong background in bespoke joinery, architectural joinery or furniture manufacturingAble to read and interpret manufacturing and technical drawings.Experience managing production programmes and workshop teams.Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.Good understanding of workshop machinery, manufacturing processes and quality control.Committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.Package£40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.Permanent, full-time position.Opportunity to join a well-established bespoke joinery company with a strong pipeline of work.Long-term career opportunities within a well established business.TPBN1_UKTJ
