Job Description: Complex Carer (MND) S8 AreaRole Summary Female Complex Carer required to support a gentleman with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) with limited mobility. The client is fully verbal and requires hands-on, clinically informed care with specialised equipment and support.Clinical & Care Responsibilities (Clinical Needs) The role includes supporting with: NIV (Non-Invasive Ventilation)PEG care (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)Cough assistMedication administrationCatheter careMPSBLSExperience Requirements Minimum 12 months of UK care experienceNo sponsorship required / no sponsorship availableShift Pattern Monday SundayDays: 9am 9pmWaking nights: 9pm 9amTraining & Induction Mandatory clinical training with the company nurseShadow shifts required this week prior to independent shiftsKey Skills & Attributes Confidence with complex care and clinical supportAbility to follow care plans and NIV/PEG/cough assist procedures as trainedClear communication with a fully verbal clientReliable, punctual, and able to work across 7 daysIf you meet the requirements and can start immediately, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
