You will be joining an industry leading employer, with an excellent team-based culture and fantastic long-term career prospects.If you have experience in a similar role within FMCG, Food & drink manufacturing or equivalent, apply now for an immediate responseThe Job Youll Do;Reporting to the General Manager, the Factory Manager is responsible for Production, including Warehouse and Hygiene (Dayshift & Nightshift).Overseeing all aspects of daily production and facilitating effective collaboration.Ensuring that the facility operates to Company standards in Health & Safety, food safety, sustainability and environment.Utilising the ERP system to ensure maximum efficiencyEnsure production plans are delivered on time, in full, and to required quality standardsDrive improvements in efficiency, yield and waste reduction.Manage recruitment and training of production, warehouse and hygiene teams.Closely liaise with the Supply Chain, Technical, NPD, H&S and HR departmentsLead staff engagement and manage in line with company valuesCrisis ManagementAbout You;Proven experience in a Managerial role within Food/Drink/FMCG (highly desirable)Relevant technical qualifications are desirable, but not essential (Degree, HND, HND etc.)Strong leadership and people management skillsAbility to motivate, inspire and guide teams to achieve goalsExperience improving processes, productivity and performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of health & safety and regulatory complianceComfortable working with ERP systems and production dataTPBN1_UKTJ
