Kitchen Designer

Designer Recruitment are seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer for a well-known kitchen retailer and manufacturer in Central London.This is a permanent role offering £33,000 - £36,000 per annum + Commission for the right kitchen designer.Kitchen Designer responsibilitiesDeliver on kitchen sales targets and enhance opportunities for further income growthLead taking, booking design appointments and presenting designs to clients/customers, converting into salesSupport with showroom marketing activitiesEngaging with walk in customers and ensuring our clients/customers receive the highest level of customer serviceAnswering the phone and dealing with daily enquires and customer/client enquiries throughout a projectUse of internal systems including CRM reporting tools efficiently (training will be provided)Drawing new plans/designs based on customer/client briefSurveying locations accurately in order to produce suitable designs for furniture to be installedSupporting the Dual Site Showroom Manager with ordering processes/liaising with our manufacturing colleagues in Germany and completion of technical drawings for customer/client projectsProvide an effective kitchen after-sales service to clients/customers to maintain and enhance business reputation and secure repeat businessEnsuring the showroom is maintained to high level of cleanlinessKitchen Designer requirements:At least 3 years previous experience with design in a luxury kitchen retail or showroom environmentGerman kitchen experience preferred and desiredGood customer service and sales experience with some evidence of sales achieved in previous rolesKnowledge of design using CAD softwareTraining on theproduct design systemwill also be providedProactive with a desire to learn and develop in the roleStrong attention to detail Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasksGood communication and presentation skills and IT literateAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyPersonable, friendly and confident with a can do attitudeDriving LicenceBenefits:Commission based on sales (uncapped)Company pension (after three months)Discount scheme for hundreds of high street retailers25 days holiday a year plus bank holidaysFree hot drinksOpportunity for ongoing training and developmentAccess to wellbeing services and an Employee Assistance Programme which provides access to 24/7 counselling and support helplineDesigner Recruitment are acting as the employment agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
