The RoleDue to our continued growth, we are delighted to confirm we are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to be based in Sheffield within our Northern Projects division.This is a permanent role and the core working days are Monday to Friday.This will include travel to other area's (Mansfield and Harrogate for example).The CustomerThis will be working within our Guinness Partnership contract.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe, effective and timely delivery of the Retrofit/Construction refurbishment projects.Lead and manage a team of direct and sub-contracted Construction and Trades staff.Reporting into the Project Manager you will have direct responsibility for operational Site ManagementTo lead, assess and be responsible for all retrofit/construction works with the Projects division.Ensure that Company Health & Safety Policies and procedures are strictly adhered to and work closely with Health & Safety Managers and Advisor'sMaintain and produce, on request, up-to-date Health & Safety recordsEnsure all Environmental and Waste Management Policies are adhered toEnsure that all staff, sub-contractors and visitors to the site are appropriately inductedFully comply with the Company's Customer Satisfaction Policy and ProceduresEnsure all directly employed personnel work within the required specification and adhere to general Company PoliciesEnsure that procedures and controls laid down by the Company are fully implemented by all site personnelMotivate, support and manage directly employed site staff.
