Senior Business Development ManagerHealthcare Staffing | Leeds City Centre | circa £45,000 + Uncapped CommissionOur client is an ambitious and fast-growing healthcare staffing provider, delivering workforce solutions to care homes, supported living services, nursing homes and specialist care providers across the UK.As the business continues to expand, they're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in Healthcare Recruitment or Healthcare Staffing Sales to drive new client acquisition and accelerate commercial growth.This is a pure sales role . You'll focus exclusively on developing new business and growing client accounts, supported by dedicated Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams who manage delivery.The OpportunityYou'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing new contracts and building long-term partnerships across the healthcare sector.
