The Floorbrite Group is committed to creating a work environment that is diverse and is proud to be an equal opportunity employerWhat youll be doingResponsibilitiesEnsure all cleaning is delivered to expected standards as per specification, and in accordance with all health and safety protocols.Ensure all equipment, machinery and vehicles are kept clean and in a good working orderReport any issues with machinery or equipment to the Support Services Manager or Health, Safety & Compliance DirectorPresent a good professional image on-siteCompleting site surveys along with site survey formsLiaising with sub-contractors and suppliers as necessaryTo clean and prepare all areas for which you are responsible for following the required policies and procedures, ensuring that the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customersSupporting the on-site cleaning teams on various sites by way of covering sickness, holidays, general knowledge of checking over machinery and having the ability to check and audit the cleaning under the instruction of the Area ManagerTo comply with COSHH, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, Colour Coding and any other Cleaning Policies in the Academy and relevant sites.What skills & experience youll bring to the teamKnowledge and use of high-speed buffing machines/strip and sealingExperience of managing people and Industrial cleaning would be an advantage.Clean driving licence (minor points considered).Strong people management organisational and good clear communications skills.Attention to detail and high standards of work of themselves and their team.An understanding of Health and Safety at Floorbrite and working with Risk and Method Statements.Experience in Builders Cleans, Industrial Jet Washing, Carpet Cleaning, Strip and Seals.External and Internal training courses will be provided to the right candidate, but a current CSCS card would be beneficial.TPBN1_UKTJ
