From personal care to meal support, your kindness and reliability will help our customers feel safe, respected, and valued.Purpose of JobWork within a team to ensure customers are supported to live as independently as possible within their own homes; providing personal, emotional, and social care and support in line with assessed needs promoting positive outcomes for customers.What We're Looking ForExperience in care or working with older/vulnerable peopleSVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)Strong communication and basic IT skillsA respectful, inclusive approach to working with older peopleA team spirit and willingness to support othersHow to ApplySubmit your online application form no later than 12 noon on Thursday 30th July 2026Please note: this role is subject to satisfactory interview, references and a PVG check.
