Moulding Machine OperatorLocation: Golborne (WA3 3JD)Salary: £31,697 £35,119 per annum (dependent on experience) 10% annual bonusShift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts days & nights)We are currently recruiting for multiple Moulding Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site. These roles will support the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of extrusion blow moulding machinery within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators or technicians looking to join a stable business with strong team support and long-term career prospects.Key Responsibilities of this Moulding Machine Operator role:Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion blow moulding machinesCarry out fault finding and basic maintenance to minimise downtimeSupport the continuous operation of production linesEnsure machines are running efficiently and safely at all timesPerform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standardsConduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) where requiredWork closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issuesAssist with process improvements and machine optimisationMaintain accurate production and maintenance recordsAdhere strictly to all health & safety proceduresWhat we are looking for for this Moulding Machine Operator role:Previous experience as a Moulding Machine Operator, Technician, or similar roleExperience working with extrusion blow moulding machinery (highly desirable)Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skillsBackground in a manufacturing or FMCG environmentUnderstanding of health & safety standards within a production settingAbility to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotaReliable and able to commute to the Golborne siteWhats on OfferSalary between £31,697 £35,119 (dependent on experience)10% annual bonusOpportunity to join a well-established and stable manufacturing operationOngoing training and development opportunitiesLong-term career progression within the businessRecruitment ProcessStage 1: Site tour & aptitude assessmentStage 2: On-site interview with hiring managersClick Apply, or contact Jamie Garcia - Courtice for more info:Thank you for your application.
