We provide our clients with turn-key design, project management & manufacturing/maintenance services. Due to continual expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Co-ordinator w orking in conjunction with and supporting the heads of each division and co-ordinating the PSE (Process Separation Equipment) team.Job Scope & Key ResponsibilitiesThe Service Co-ordinator is an integral part of the team and will be required to be organised, disciplined with good communication and people skills.This is an evolving role and has great scope for development, the main duties will be:-Co-ordinate and organise our field-based engineers with job deployment, this will involve distribution of jobs which will include precise instruction, timescales etc.Ensuring full support is given to field-based EngineersCo-ordinate PSE related works brought into the workshop for remedials ensuring timescales are met and the equipment/assets are delivered back to location in a timely manner.Forward planning & scheduling assigned jobs into workboardsBe the IT champion for the PSE division (creating jobs, closing jobs, assigning equipment, assigning engineers, completing and distributing reports, checking and monitoring H&S reports, inspections etc, control of purchase order numbers, overall control of jobs assigned to your name and within the divisions, reporting to the head of department your colleagues IT performance)Monitor job progress and communicate accordingly internally & externally ensuring customer liaison is regularly maintainedReview the new jobs in on a daily basis and determine the requirementsAttend and participate in daily meetings & weekly project meetingsComponent purchasing / Devising BOM with engineersProvide technical information for the jobs (i.e distribute drawings) where requiredFeedback any resource concerns or issued raised from the team members to the relevant ManagerEnsure internal processes are being adhered to and accurate information is being gathered on our job handling systemDeploying RAMS to customers that require them and attaching them to our IT systemContribute to or seek technical advice as & when requiredWhere specifically identified, assist with engineering drawings on solids works / Auto CadOther duties relevant to your role or the business requirementsOrganisational Skills EssentialIT Proficient EssentialCommunication EssentialTechnical knowledge of tooling DesirableProteanIT Systems - DesirableSolid Works / Auto Cad DesirableHours of Work: 07:30 16:00 or 08:00 17:00 (Monday Friday)Salary: £30k - £40k experience dependantThe Company operates Incentive schemes (dependent on time served) including Salary Sacrifice schemes (Cycle to Work Scheme, Technology to buy), Life Assurance, additional holiday for birthday (all subject to length of service).The Company also holds regular activities and Team Building events which we encourage all employees to participate in.TPBN1_UKTJ
