It is a smaller, specialist team with strong leadership and trajectory to continue their impressive growth.What you'll be doing as Claims ManagerLeading and managing the Claims function across Commercial Lines portfolios with many complexitiesOverseeing Claims Handling from first notification through to settlement or litigation, ensuring quality and consistency throughoutMonitoring claims data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive better outcomesEnsuring compliance with Regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworksCollaborating with Senior Leadership and Operational teams on strategy and process developmentBringing ideas to the table and playing an active role in shaping how claims operations evolveWhat we are looking for from the Claims ManagerProven experience in Claims Management, with a strong background in Technical Commercial claimsConfident leading a Claims function and comfortable making decisions at a senior levelSolid understanding of Claims Regulation, reserving principles and Supplier ManagementStrong communicator with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partnersSomeone who takes initiative and is motivated by continuous improvementWhat is in it for youSalary up to £60,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPension schemeSupport for professional development and CII study if relevantVolunteering DaysProfit Sharing SchemeTPBN1_UKTJ
