Production SchedulerSalary: £34,000 (rising to £36,000 after probation)We're looking for a Production Scheduler to join the team. This is a hands-on role, working closely with management and production to keep things running smoothly.What the role involvesCreating and managing production schedulesKeeping track of work to lists (WTL)Working with production teams to make sure jobs move through the process efficientlyUpdating schedules when priorities changeSupporting general planning and organisation on the shop floorFollowing all safety procedures and 5S standardsWhat we're looking forAt least 3 years' experience in a similar role within manufacturingGood understanding of scheduling and MRP systemsKnowledge of how production flows from raw material through to finished productExperience with production routing and operationsConfident using computers, especially ExcelAble to work closely with others and communicate clearlyThis role is mainly based on the production side, so you'll need to be comfortable working on the shop floor and dealing with day-to-day changes.Our clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
