Due to a recent promotion, we are currently recruiting for a successful global manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Liverpool.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a business who continue to invest heavily in its people, facilities, technology and future growth, while offering the stability and culture of a market-leading organisation.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead the site's maintenance function, driving equipment reliability, engineering performance, compliance and continuous improvement across a modern, highly automated manufacturing facility.This is a visible leadership role with significant influence across operations, engineering and continuous improvement initiatives, offering genuine scope to shape maintenance strategy and develop a high-performing team.The OpportunityAs Maintenance Lead, you will take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance activities, engineering resource planning, contractor management, stores control and maintenance systems.
