Night Concierge

The role:A leading property company is seeking a Night Concierge for a high-end residential development in Southwest London. The Night Concierge will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to residents, handling enquiries, and ensuring the site and residents are safe and secure.Responsibilities include:Deliver exceptional customer service to every person, creating an unmatched first impressionWork independently during the shift, ensuring that the building is secure and the site safe for residents and guestsConduct building patrolsEnsure health & safety measures are in placeManage resident queries and complaints, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficientlyLog communication with residentsAd hoc administrative dutiesConduct routine inspections of community amenities and common areasHandle parcelsThe person:Prior experience working as a Night Concierge, ideally within residential property or hospitalityProfessional demeanour with excellent customer service skillsExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to build long lasting relationshipsIf youre interested in this Night Conciergeposition and you possess the required skill set, then apply now.
