SENIOR REFRIGERATION SERVICE ENGINEERS (PENNINE REFRIGERATION SERVICES)Pennine Refrigeration Services based in Calverley, Leeds, have vacancies for Senior Refrigeration Service Engineers to support our growing dynamic team across the UK. If you have a passion for excellence in engineering and want to be a part of an innovative and growing company, this is the perfect role for you.Role Overview:As a Senior Refrigeration Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that refrigeration systems are serviced & maintained correctly which include heavy commercial and industrial systems (CO2, DX and Chilled water applications).You will be working closely with the service administration team, service supervisors, and other senior service engineers to ensure that the refrigeration systems meet the required specifications and standard for our clients. You will need to make sure clients systems are running to their optimum condition to meet site operating requirements, always ensuring safe systems of work.Main duties will include:Skills & Experience Required:City & Guilds Level 3 refrigeration/air conditioningProven experience in large commercial, or industrial refrigerationPrevious experience in a senior roleExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsMinimum 5 years relevant experienceThorough understanding of electrical controlsUp to date knowledge of COSHH regulationsRefrigerant handling certificationUnderstanding of the principles of refrigeration and of the comprising componentsServicing of systems utilising approved methods and practicesAbility to work unsupervisedCSCS approvedWork within current Health and Safety guidelinesSoldering and brazingFull driving licenceOperation of mobile elevated working platform (MEWP)Good communication skillsAbility to plan work and meet deadlinesIT skillsExperience with ammonia (not essential, but preferred)What we offer in return:A competitive salary - negotiable dependant on skills and experience (based on 40hrs per week)Full time, permanent contract.Overtime33 days holiday (inclusive of annual, bank/public days)Access to a contributory company pension schemePrivate health (following a successful probationary period)Health support scheme (following a successful probationary period)Death in service benefit (following a successful probationary period)An exciting & rewarding role within company that supports future opportunities and training advantageousTPBN1_UKTJ
