Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.About M Group Plant and Fleet and your teamWith 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions provide innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions across M Group Services. We provide our business with more than 9,000 vehicles and over 25,000 owned or externally hired plant assets.We are seeking a hands-on Telematics Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for the administration and operational management of telematics systems across our fleet of circa 15,000 vehicles. This is a hybrid role combining day-to-day telematics administration with team leadership, ensuring seamless tracking and data management throughout the vehicle lifecycle.Want to come and be a part of it?What youll be doing? Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of telematics administrators through effective workload planning, coaching, and performance managementManage day-to-day telematics administration, ensuring accurate system updates, data integrity, and reportingCoordinate installation, removal, and reallocation of telematics units across the fleet, working with approved fitters and suppliersAct as the first point of escalation for complex telematics issues, troubleshooting faults and managing resolutionsEnsure all telematics-related activities are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with agreed service levels and KPIsMonitor team performance and produce regular reports on installations, performance metrics, and outstanding actionsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support effective operational deliveryEnsure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements, maintain audit-ready records, and support continuous process improvementWhat youll bring?
