Traffic Controller / Transport Coordinator

Mainstay Recruitment has partnered with a prestigious transport business seeking to recruit a Transport Controller for its site located in Hams Hall.There are three shift patterns on offer:Days - 05:30-14:00, Monday-FridayAfternoons - 13:30-22:00, Monday-FridayNights - 18:00-06:00, Monday-THURSDAY (12 hours, 4 days per week)Please apply for the role and we will get in touch with you to establish which of the shift patterns you are interested in.The role will involve managing a fleet of drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner. You will be required to provide both a proactive and reactive service to maintain the highest levels of customer service and operational efficiency.The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a transport office, managing driver-related issues, and a good knowledge of drivers' hours regulations and the Working Time Directive (WTD).
