Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - London Liverpool Street, London - Up to £50,000 Per annumAn exciting opportunity to work for a leading National FM service provider!My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned & reactive maintenance as part of an engineering team across an estate consisting of multiple mixed purpose buildings in London Liverpool Street.The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ), with a strong multi-skilled engineering background and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.Working with the existing on-site maintenance team, the successful candidate will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance duties to the following;Duties:Carry out all aspects of planned & reactive maintenance activities across mechanical plant and systemsCommercial heating systemsAHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment.Carry out system fault-finding and diagnostics.Emergency Light Testing. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Liaise directly with the client's estates teams to ensure maintenance activities are alignedMonitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Water TreatmentPlumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etcMonitor the BMS systemsSupervise contractors and assist with minor project works or installationsMaintain clear documentation, logbooks, and recordsHours of Work & SalaryUp to £50,000 per annumMonday to Friday (40 Hour week)8:00 to 17:0025 Days HolidayRequirementsMechanical qualifications - NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3TPBN1_UKTJ
