Financial Controller

Our client in the hi tech manufacturing sector are now looking for ahighly experienced Financial Controller to join the team based at the Kent HeadOffice. The ideal person will be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least,10years PQE and ideally from a manufacturing background. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:-Responsibility of the Financial Controller role:-Lead, motivate and develop the finance teamCo-ordinate monthly management accounts, enhancing the format and presentationOversee the annual budget across all divisions, provide insight, challenge and support the stakeholdersDetermine the impact of currency fluctuations for UK and overseas entitiesProvide financial insight to support the pricing framework and make improvements if requiredDetailed FP&A to support strategic decisionsOversee the preparation of statutory annual accounts, liaising with the auditorsConstant improvement of internal controls and work closely with the European and Middle East offices to ensure reporting requirements are met and are in line with global policyRequirements of the Financial Controller role:-ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and a proven track record as Financial Controller/ManagerStrong background in leading, motivating and upskilling a finance teamAdvanced Excel skills and first rate analytical skillsBackground in working with stakeholders and overseas entitiesFirst rate reporting, business partnering and presentation skillsA logical, methodical leader with a keen eye for detail to think outside the box and add valueBenefits of the Financial Controller role:-Hybrid working after probation completeFree on site parking25 days holidayPerformance related bonusPensionTPBN1_UKTJ
