As they continue to scale, they are seeking an experienced Automation Consultant to help clients reimagine their operations through cutting-edge technology.This role will see you working directly with clients to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock measurable value.The Role As an Automation Consultant, you'll operate at the intersection of business and technology , partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver automation strategies across complex organisations.You'll play a key role in shaping client journeys—from advisory and process discovery through to implementation and optimisation.Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver automation engagements across financial services clientsAnalyse and map business processes to identify automation and optimisation opportunitiesDesign and implement solutions using RPA and workflow automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform)Work closely with client stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and transformation strategiesOversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to regulatory requirementsSupport the adoption of emerging technologies , including AI and intelligent automationDrive continuous improvement and measurable ROI across client operationsWhat We're Looking For Proven experience in automation consulting, RPA, or digital transformationBackground working with financial services clients or within regulated environmentsStrong experience with automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate )Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, technology-led solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsA commercial mindset with a focus on delivering client valueWhy Join?
