They offer a genuinely supportive culture where employees are valued, developed, and encouraged to build long-term careers.THE ROLEAs Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of remediation and enabling works projects across a range of UK sites.You'll lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Acting as the key point of contact on site, you'll work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities include:Leading site teams and subcontractors across multiple projectsManaging remediation, enabling works, and groundworks activitiesEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scopeMaintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsManaging site documentation, reporting, and project recordsLiaising with clients, contractors, and internal project teamsMonitoring site progress and resolving operational challengesSupporting the successful delivery of technically complex remediation projectsDriving a positive safety culture across all site activitiesEnsuring efficient use of labour, plant, and resourcesESSENTIAL SKILLSPrevious experience as a Site Manager within remediation, groundworks, civil engineering, enabling works, or related sectorsStrong leadership experience managing site teams and subcontractorsExcellent understanding of health and safety legislation and site complianceExperience managing project documentation and reporting requirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSMSTS qualificationCSCS cardWillingness to travel and work across UK project locationsKEY SKILLSEx-Military, Site Manager, Remediation, Brownfield, Contaminated Land, Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Enabling Works, Construction Management, Health & Safety, SMSTS, CSCS, Project Delivery, Team Leadership, Royal Engineers, REMETPBN1_UKTJ
