Full Job DescriptionOperations Manager (Construction / Fire Protection)Flint, North Wales£70,000-£75,000 + Company Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + ProgressionAre you an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager from a construction, building services or specialist contracting background, looking to take ownership of day-to-day operations within a rapidly growing business?On offer is a senior leadership position within an expanding fire protection contractor, where you'll work directly alongside the Managing Director and take responsibility for the operational side of the business. You'll have genuine autonomy to improve processes, develop the management team and ensure projects are delivered efficiently as the company continues to scale.In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of multiple projects and the managers responsible for their delivery. You'll coordinate labour and resources, provide clear direction to site teams, monitor project performance and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and profitably.
