Van Driver and Installer

Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for multiple reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join a busy delivery team. In this role, you will be working as part of a two-person crew , delivering and assembling furniture for customers across the region.This is a genuine Temporary to Permanent position with a permanent role offered after a successful trial period!You will be the face of the business, so great customer service skills and a professional attitude are essential. Previous experience in furniture delivery advantageousWe have immediate starts available!Due to the nature of the work, a Driving assessment and Manual Handling training are required before starting with the company - This will be arranged after the application process.Benefits of working with Cotswold Talent Solutions:Weekly payHourly rate not age dependent28 days paid annual leaveOnline payslipsPension contributionsOpportunity for a permanent role after trial periodPay Rates and shifts:£13.23 per hour PayeShift times 12.00/14.00- 22.00Start times daily between 12.00 - 14.00Monday Friday shiftsThe Role:Deliver furniture safely and efficiently to customers homes and business addressesWork alongside a drivers mate , sharing lifting, carrying, and assembly tasksAssemble furniture on-site following instructions and quality standardsProvide friendly and professional customer service at every deliveryComplete all delivery paperwork accuratelyEnsure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and road-safeFollow all health & safety procedures, especially around manual handlingRequirements:Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)Previous experience in furniture delivery or home delivery is desirable but not essentialMust be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical workGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and professionalBenefits of working for this client:Hourly rate, not age dependentRelaxed working environment - Clean and organised.
