Semi Senior Accountant

RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this Coventry based Practice as they look to add a Semi Senior to their current Accounts team This business is steeped in history, whilst it focuses on growth through Digital technology.This Practice takes pride in their retention of staff. Whats important to this firm is the ability to fit in with the rest of team.Youll possess a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience within Practice.WHAT DOES THE SEMI SENIOR ROLE LOOK LIKE?Regular responsibilities of this role may include;Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.Advising and resolving queries for a portfolio of clients in a timely manner.Client facing and project delivery.Work alongside Juniors and Partners, focusing and supporting with year end, FRS 102 and FRS 105.You'll also prepare management accounts, submit VAT returns etcWorking with a high-calibre and highly professional client baseDeliver an excellent level of service, managing and exceeding client expectationsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR AS THE SEMI SENIORAAT / ACA / ACCA part/qualified or QBE (Our client is open to all candidates)Practice experience, 2 yearsHave excellent attention to detail and thrive on exceeding client expectations.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with the confidence to help promote the businessBe focussed on self-developmentSomeone who enjoys coming to work and being part of an energetic team.A passion to drive the business forward.Solid systems knowledge such as Sage/Xero/Iriswould be ideal but not essential as training will be given.In return, not only will you be working for one amazing Practice, youll also receive the following;£28000 - £35000DOEHybrid working (flex hours around core)Full study support if required (fully funded)Very generous holidaysOnsite parkingGenerous pensionCareer progressionAdditional company benefitsThe ability to work with an amazing teamSo, why not pick up the phone and call Neil or email for further information on this and other roles.INDRECTPBN1_UKTJ
