Building a sustainable tomorrow The Ferrovial - BAM Rail Systems Joint Venture (FBRS JV) has a proven track record of delivering critical UK infrastructure on time and within budget through strong collaborative partnerships.We are now seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data and Asset Manager to join the HS2 Track Infrastructure Project based out of our project office in London, near Euston.Your team You will be required to be in the office 4 days at minimumMaking Possible As a Data and Asset Manager you will be part of the FBRS Information Management Team (IM) and you will be responsible to define and deliver against the asset information objectives outlined by FBRS and the client (HS2). Reporting to the Project Information Manager, you will mainly be responsible managing FBRS asset data base and ensuring the full integration with HS2 asset database AIMS, as well as:Develop and maintain project asset database systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy, security, integrity and integration with other project and client platformsProvide strategic input into the digital asset information and engineering strategies ensuring that the processes associated with crating and managing asset data fulfils project and client requirementsValidate asset data and ensure compliance with project and client requirementsProvide first-line support to users and troubleshoot technical issues related to FBRS Asset database and its infrastructureSupport the creation and development of Asset Information and associated definitions, standards, methods and proceduresAssist the Information Management (IM) team in enforcing data and asset standards across the projectAssist in identifying opportunities and recommendations for improving processes and increasing workflow efficienciesSupports the integration of Asset information - CAD-GIS systems within FBRS projectTrain internal ad external users on Asset database functionalities, information management flows and best practicesWork close with client, RSA delivery team and Project Information Manager to ensure system stability and improvementCollaborate with other departments and ensure compliance with industry, project and client standardsCombination of data management, technical, and analytical skills, often working close with BIM toolsWhat do you bring to the role? Proficiency with asset management software, databases, and reporting toolsExperience with BIM tools managing project data through the project lifecycleStrong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and data streams effectivelyAbility to interpret client requirements for Asset informationAbility to perform Quality Assurance checks according to the project and industry standardsAbility to coordinate and manage own workload support project deliveryFamiliarity with ETL tools like FME and GIS integrationsExcellent communication and engagement skillsUnderstanding of construction processes, asset lifecycles and industry regulations and standardsExperience in large infrastructure projects (preferable Rail), and technical assurance are recommendedMinimum Qualifications Needed for RoleDegree in BIM/Design/Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field requiredSignificant experience working with asset managementAdvanced experience using asset data management softwareExperience in design delivery and general civil engineering worksExperience in asset data integration across BIM models and information management systemsKnowledge of building and construction regulationsFamiliarity with Revit, Bentley softwares (ProjectWise, Bentley MicroStation OpenRail Design)Whats in it for you?
