Machine SetterLocation: Coventry (CV7), Ansty ParkPay: £13.35 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)Hours:Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pmFriday: 7:00am - 1:00pmThe Role We are recruiting for a Machine Setter to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Ansty Park, Coventry.Working on a specialist CNC machine, you'll be responsible for setting and operating the machine, making basic adjustments, and ensuring products meet quality standards.A minimum six-week training programme will be provided on the company's specialist machinery.What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Machine Setter, CNC Setter, CNC Operator or similar.Experience using CNC machine controls.Basic understanding of machine axes and machining processes.Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to make basic machine adjustments.Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Desirable:Experience with Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls.Basic CNC programming or editing experience.What's on Offer £13.35 - £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.Temp to Perm opportunity.Early finish every Friday.Full training provided.Long-term career opportunity with a growing manufacturer.If you have CNC machine setting or operating experience and are looking for your next opportunity in Coventry, we'd love to hear from you.
