LCV Service Advisor

£32,000 - £42,000 per annum (including bonus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV Service Advisor to join a busy and successful commercial vehicle dealership in Dagenham.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with experience in the commercial vehicle sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. • Welcoming customers and managing their light commercial vehicle service and repair requirements.
\n
• Booking LCVs in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
\n
• Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
\n
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
\n
• Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
\n
• Maximising service department opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
\n
• Ensuring all manufacturer and dealership processes are followed.
\n

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
\n
• A professional, proactive and team-focused attitude.
\n
• Good IT and administrative skills.
\n
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
\n
