• Support customers with investment and stockbroking account queries
\n
• Resolve complex enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
\n
• Investigate account issues and provide first-contact resolution
\n
• Maintain accurate records and follow banking regulations
\n

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
\n
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
\n
• Financial services, banking or insurance experience desirable
\n

Leeds City Centre Rotating shifts between 8am-9pm (7-hour shifts) First 8 weeks office-based, then hybrid
