Car Sales Executive

£25,000 Basic Salary | £50,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in the Gatwick area.

Whether you're an experienced automotive Sales Executive or have a strong background in customer-facing sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with excellent earning potential and ongoing training.

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing an outstanding buying experience.

• Understanding customers' needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and finance options.
\n
• Arranging and conducting vehicle test drives.
\n
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
\n
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
\n
• Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
\n
• Maintaining accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
\n

• Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable but not essential.
\n
• A confident, motivated and target-driven approach.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Strong customer service focus.
\n
• Well-presented with a professional attitude.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n

• £25,000 basic salary.
