Business Lead / General Manager Are you an experienced engineering leader looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a specialist pump engineering business? Our client is looking for a commercially minded Business Lead / General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a well-established pump service, maintenance and engineering business. You'll lead a team of office staff, workshop personnel and field service engineers whilst driving operational performance, customer satisfaction and business growth. The Role * Lead the day-to-day operations of a specialist pump engineering business. * Manage office staff, workshop personnel and field service engineers. * Drive operational performance, service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Take responsibility for budgets, profitability and overall business performance. * Develop existing customer relationships whilst identifying opportunities for growth. * Support business development and commercial activities. * Mentor, develop and motivate the existing team. * Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and operational excellence.
