NIGHT SHIFT Production Operative £17.89 per hour Monday to Friday | 10:00pm - 6:00am We are currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth. The Role As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring production equipment Supplying materials to production lines Carrying out quality inspections and checks Following health and safety procedures at all times Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hygienic Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets This is a hands-on role that involves standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
