Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state
  • Background in school-based occupational therapy, pediatric health care, or home health preferred
  • Proficiency in addressing fine and gross motor skill development needs
  • Experience managing preschool caseloads highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students to develop individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services tailored to preschool-aged children
  • Support and document progress on fine motor, gross motor, and sensory integration skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting as needed
