Shift Information:

• Coverage Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
• Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Night Call: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM (general procedure call; frequency may vary)
  • Weekend Call: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (24-hour coverage)
• Monthly Shift Requirement: 3-4 weeks of coverage preferred from a single provider

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Case Mix: Must be proficient in reading CT Neuro with a 12-hour turnaround time
• Procedures: Includes intussusception reductions, emergent upper GI procedures, and Neuro - CT readings
• Required Certifications: Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology
• Trauma Level: Level 1

Licensing and Privileging:

• Preferred: Active Kentucky medical license
