We are seeking three dedicated Special Education Teachers to provide expert instruction and compassionate support in various school settings for the 2026-2027 academic year. Positions are available at high school and elementary levels, each offering the chance to work with students requiring significant support or those on the autism spectrum.

All positions are full-time (37.5 hours/week), starting August 19, 2026 and running through May 27, 2027. You’ll join a collaborative environment in a district that values contractors and offers strong support from both the district and your agency recruiter.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Creating inclusive, engaging classroom environments
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, counselors, and other educators
  • Progress monitoring and reporting on student outcomes
  • Engaging families and caregivers to ensure comprehensive support
  • Adapting instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs

Qualifications we’re seeking:

  • Valid Colorado SPED Generalist license
  • Previous experience in a Special Education Teacher role preferred
  • Passion for working with students with significant support needs (SSN) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

These contract roles offer competitive hourly pay between $39 and $45, along with comprehensive healthcare benefits through your W2 contract.
