School Psychologist - Shakopee, MN

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Valid School Psychologist licensure or eligibility to obtain in Minnesota
• Familiarity with educational assessments and counseling in K-12 settings
• Experience with IEP processes and multidisciplinary teams preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work 0.8 of a full-time schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students
• Interpret test results and provide recommendations for students’ educational needs
• Participate as a key member of school-based intervention and IEP teams
• Deliver individual and group counseling, as necessary
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Assist with crisis response and behavioral interventions
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with district and legal requirements
