Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist licensure or eligibility to obtain in Minnesota
- Familiarity with educational assessments and counseling in K-12 settings
- Experience with IEP processes and multidisciplinary teams preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work 0.8 of a full-time schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations for students’ educational needs
- Participate as a key member of school-based intervention and IEP teams
- Deliver individual and group counseling, as necessary
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Assist with crisis response and behavioral interventions
- Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with district and legal requirements
