Step into an engaging opportunity to support students as an Occupational Therapist during a maternity leave assignment. This onsite, contract position covers the period from September 2026 through December 2026, with the possibility of extension. You’ll work with a diverse student population, leveraging your expertise to help children develop essential skills in both classroom and individualized settings.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience supporting students in school-based environments
  • Background in providing OT services in healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings
  • Skilled in developing and implementing fine motor skill interventions
  • Familiarity with collaborating alongside teachers, counselors, and other service providers
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions to support students' educational goals
  • Conduct evaluations and create individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Develop and update progress reports on student achievement and areas of need
  • Consult with school staff, caregivers, and families to ensure a coordinated approach to student success
  • Adapt activities and materials to foster improved fine motor skills and independence
  • Participate in relevant meetings and offer expertise to the multidisciplinary team
