What You’ll Do:
- Conduct and manage evaluations for early childhood students, using assessment data to recommend appropriate supports
- Collaborate with staff and families to support students’ learning, development, and well-being
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
- Provide expertise in early learning and contribute to intervention planning
- Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Foster inclusive, supportive learning spaces for all children
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Psychologist License (required)
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood education preferred
- Proficiency conducting evaluations and familiarity with MTSS frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret data and advocate for students’ unique needs
