What You’ll Do:

• Conduct and manage evaluations for early childhood students, using assessment data to recommend appropriate supports
• Collaborate with staff and families to support students’ learning, development, and well-being
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Provide expertise in early learning and contribute to intervention planning
• Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Foster inclusive, supportive learning spaces for all children

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Psychologist License (required)
• Experience or strong interest in early childhood education preferred
• Proficiency conducting evaluations and familiarity with MTSS frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to interpret data and advocate for students’ unique needs
