Occupational Therapist School Setting in San Bernardino, CA

What you’ll bring:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active OT credentials
• At least one year of direct school-based OT experience
• Expertise in assessments, interventions, and developing IEP/504 plans
• Ability to work independently—no COTA required for this position
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to working exclusively onsite (no hybrid or VOCO options)
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and collaborating with educational teams

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and support services to students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor student goals to support participation and access within the school environment
• Communicate with teachers, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide resources and recommendations to staff and families for student success
• Stay current with best practices and school policies
