Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings
• Skilled in teletherapy platforms and related virtual tools
• Deep knowledge of fine motor skills development
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and school documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable navigating a school environment and collaborating with educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop customized intervention plans
• Deliver both individual and group occupational therapy services onsite
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and progress reports
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support fine motor skills and adaptive behaviors
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state standards
