Key Responsibilities- On-call duty for one week each month, from Monday 7 AM to the following Monday 7 AM (24-hour coverage)
- Average daily caseload includes 3 patients, 3 admissions, 3 ICU patients, and 3 surgeries
- Hospital-based call coverage; no practice-related calls
- Caseload distribution: 90% surgical, 10% non-surgical
- Perform general ENT procedures such as endoscopy, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy, and thyroidectomy
- Facial surgery and facial implants are required
- 10% of caseload involves trauma cases
- Majority of patients are adults (90%)
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $175.00 to $250.00
- Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
- Rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work
