Job Description

As a critical member of a collaborative educational team, you’ll provide comprehensive psychological services that empower student success and foster a positive school environment.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid certification or licensure as required by state education regulations
- Prior experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably in K-12 settings
- Strong understanding of evaluation, assessment, and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and creating inclusive educational spaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to inform individualized educational planning
- Deliver direct counseling services to students, individually or in groups, addressing academic, social, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support crisis intervention efforts and promote healthy social-emotional development throughout the school community
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to district and state guidelines
- Offer guidance and training to school staff regarding mental health best practices
