• Shift Type: 24-hour shifts (from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

• Estimated Shifts per Month: Approximately 10

• Expected Patient Encounters Daily: Between 5 and 8

• Average Deliveries per Hospitalist: Ranges from 1 to 4

• OB/GYN Coverage for GYN Cases: Yes, limited to emergency situations

• First Assist Support for Hospitalists: Yes

• Hospitalists Provide Backup for Midwives: Yes

• Hospitalists Provide Backup for Family Practice: Yes

• Backup Support for Hospitalists: OB/GYN ED Call available

• Average Monthly Deliveries at the Hospital: 63

• Average Monthly Deliveries by Hospitalists: 6

• NICU Level: Level II Specialty

• MFM Coverage: Accessible via tele-consult; managed by Heartland for MFM patients

• Residency Program: Family Medicine

• Neonatal Coverage: Pediatricians available onsite 24/7; NICU consultations through telehealth
