Senior Manager FP&A

Kforce's high-impact client is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to serve as a key finance leader supporting plant operations in Collinsville, IL. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A analysts supporting plant operations Partner closely with plant leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting cycles Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights tied to operational drivers Build business cases to support capital investments and cost improvement initiatives Enhance financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies Prepare and present financial analyses to senior leadership Drive accountability and performance through data-driven insights Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 7-10+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience Proven experience leading and developing teams Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle, OneStream, Power BI, Python) preferred Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment Willingness to travel as needed The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
