Kforce's client, a respected and growing public accounting firm located in the Quincy, MA area is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality assurance services. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with strong public accounting experience who is looking to take on a key leadership role while working with a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee financial statement audit engagements from planning through completion Audit Manager will ensure engagements are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established deadlines Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters Review financial statements, workpapers, and audit documentation Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service Manage engagement budgets, billing, and profitability Supervise, mentor, and develop audit professionals As an Audit Manager, you will assist with staffing and resource planning across multiple engagements Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Active CPA license required 7+ years of recent public accounting audit experience Proven experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and IFRS Excellent analytical, technical research, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and client relationship management skills Demonstrated leadership and commitment to team development The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
