Job Description This is an onsite position. Also The have two positions Max submission is 6 resumes. Client prefers Local candidates. . There will be two rounds of interviews. Second round is a face to Face interview is required. MAIN FUNCTIONS This is a multi-discipline individual who will be responsible for Turnaround activities in the Golden Pass Plant and Pipeline. Lead position will include review of Turnaround deliverables as well as oversight of Turnaround execution personnel. The role is characterized by: Champion Worker Safety Programs Overseeing site activities during Planning & Execution PHASEs. Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to maintain and coordinate safe execution and adherence to QA practices during turnarounds and outages. Assist in preparation of work packages and schedules for all contractors during the Planning PHASE. Assist the Maintenance Projects in the same manner as Turnaround and Outages. Forward looking professional, able to advise and assist contractors in execution. Provide the interface between the work face and the Maintenance projects and Turnaround Supervisor. Serve as a Construction Subject Matter Expert for the Turnaround Team and Project Team. Ensure good communication and relations with the contractors. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities of the Position shall include the following: Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractors and among Turnaround Team members Supervise contractor personnel and ensure all Safety Health and Environmental procedures and policies are followed. Assist contractor and Turnaround Team with Turnaround planning as needed. Serve as day-to-day interface with contractor and craft labor during the Execution Phase, providing a focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Provide safety monitoring/leadership. Interface with QA/QC personnel to address quality issues/progress. Provide oversight of site material management/verification systems and contractor equipment Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans. Monitor workforce productivity and progress relative to schedule. Monitor environmental compliance, as required. Interface with contractor for field level changes, e.g., scope, costs, etc. Verify post-site arrival of procured equipment and engineering equipment. Provide on-site support for Work Management System (Permitting, JSA Reviews, LOTO, etc.) Provide support to commissioning/systems completion as required. Coordinate Quality Audits and other site surveillance activities Perform other duties as requested. Develop Early Career Professionals QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 10 (15+ preferred) years site experience in all aspects of Construction and Turnarounds; Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Scaffolding, Electrical and Instrumentation and Controls, Insulation/Painting, etc. Experience desired in the following areas: Marine environment, Hot and Cold Taps, and Pile installation. General computer skills and experience working with MS Outlook; PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing. Valid driver’s License. Familiar with OSHA 1910 – Occupational Safety and Health Standard and OSHA 1926 Standards – Safety and Health Regulations for Construction. MUST have Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hiring Availability to work beyond 40 hrs. weekly. Comments To Supplier: *Role is Non-DOT. *3-5 must haves: o Field experience running crews in a refinery, chemical plant, LNG plant, Gas Plant or Upstream facility. Ability to lead and manage execution teams including diligently managing budget and invoicing. o Familiarity with Safe Work Practices. The ability to lead and foster SAFE work execution. This is actually # 1. o General Construction and Maintenance knowledge (pipefitting, NDE, torquing/tensioning, working at heights, welding, scaffolding, cranes-rigging-lifting, etc.). o Ability to interface with multiple work groups and levels of management. (Integrity and Inspection Group, Engineering, Operations, Pipeline, etc.). *Working hours: 6 am – 3:30 pm as of now but can change due to workload. Will work 12+ hour shifts during Turnaround Execution. *Interview process: 1 Virtual and then in-person if we feel they are a good candidate. *Interview availability: starting in August.
