Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) to perform advanced cardiac imaging studies in a fast-paced academic medical center. The department is committed to delivering high-quality, patient- and family-focused cardiac diagnostic services.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) experience
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Certifications & Credentials Required
- BLS
- One of the following:
- RDCS (ARDMS)
- RCS
- Advanced Cardiac Sonographer Credential (CCI/Client Approved)
- ACLS
- PALS
Patient Population & Common Studies Common Patient Types
- Heart Failure Evaluations

- Renal Transplant Evaluations
- General Cardiology Patients
- Advanced Cardiac Diagnostic Patients
- Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE)
- Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
- Stress Echocardiograms
- Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms
- Nuclear Cardiology Testing
- Tilt Table Testing

Comprehensive TTE Studies

Echo Technologists may be required to float within the Wake Region, including:
