Daily hours are set from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, ensuring consistency.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License is required
• Experience in middle or high school environments is strongly preferred
• Passion for working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to deliver individualized, specialized instruction

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide Specializedly Designed Instruction (SDI) directly to students across a 7th–12th grade caseload
• Implement progress monitoring and reporting, fostering student growth and ensuring interventions are effective
• Design and adapt instructional trials and supports based on student needs
• Focus entirely on delivering instruction—no IEP writing is required for this position
• Work closely with colleagues and school leadership to create positive outcomes for students
