Some hybrid options are available, but most roles are in-person, for full-time schedules (37.5 hours/week).

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota teaching license required
  • Experience in special education settings preferred
  • Adaptability and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
  • Previous district experience must have been positive

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction in accordance with student IEPs
  • Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with general education staff and families
  • Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
