Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with a valid state license or eligibility in Massachusetts
- Previous pediatric or schools-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, direct and consultative OT services for Pre-K–4th grade students
- Develop and present reports, including progress reports
- Collaborate with staff and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Serve two buildings, working three days per week from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
