Respiratory Therapist | Littleton, Colorado

Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license required
• Current state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Solid clinical experience delivering respiratory care in acute or clinical settings
• Proficient with ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and airway clearance techniques
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide respiratory care to patients across the lifespan under provider direction
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators
• Monitor patient responses and document therapy outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, equipment use, and respiratory health
• Comply rigorously with infection control, safety standards, and documentation protocols
• Respond rapidly to respiratory emergencies, supporting critical care needs efficiently
